Aqua Triathlon Tomorrow!

Tomorrow is the Aqua Triathlon at Seven Peaks in Provo!

I just decided today to do it so come and join me!

(Registration includes a year 'Pass of All Passes' to Seven Peaks & other venues!)

Run 3.12 miles, bike 12 miles, swim 350 yards (reverse tri)!

Its a great race for beginners! Hope to see you there!

Open water swim Monday at 6pm

Jesse is planning on doing open water swims on Mondays at 6pm.
All are welcome.  A wetsuit is highly advised for safety.

Location: Spanish Fork Reservoir.

Short Ride Saturday August 31st

Anyone up for a short ride on Saturday August 31st meet at the Spanish Fork high track at 7:30 am.

                                       We'll plan on going 8 miles out and 8 miles back.

                               I'm planning on doing a three mile time trial at Benjamin Park.
                                                        This will be optional.
                               As always you can shorten or lengthen the ride to suit yourself.

Last Summer Swim Clinic @ Spanish Fork Pool

Today is the Last Summer Swim Clinic!

Come join us & get some last minute tips for your end of summer Triathlons!

When: 5:30pm-7:00pm
