Update: If you want to meet me at the Chevron gas station on Hwy 6 I should be there around 7:05am

 

Anyone who like to join me.  I will depart my house in S.F. around 7am should arrive the location above near 7:30am. If interested let me know I will be on the look out for you.  Bridget

          Come join us,  get a workout in and some coaching.
                                 cost is $2.00

We will be doing a 60 mile ride Saturday August 3rd
       Meet at the Spanish Fork High School track
                             Time: 7am

Upate: This is Alan and I just found out I won't be able to ride Saturday morning
but I think there are still people coming so please show up and ride a few miles for me.
