bric workout Wednesday July 3rd

I'm planning a bike-run workout for Wednesday.  Meet at the spanish fork h. s. track parking lot at  6:30 a.m.  We will do an out and back 13 miles each way.  It will be conversational speed on the way out and if anybody wants to let it fly on the way back, good on you.  If you want to shorten the ride do so. 

We will then return to the track and do whatever length run you desire.  My running is still in question so I will be run/walking.  I hope somebody joins us.  If you think you might, would you let me know in the comment section.

  1. so we kicked off the clubs first workout this morning. We got the bike run done. It was a good ride and not a very energetic run but we were out there doing it.
