We are swimming at the Provo Rec center Thursdays at 6pm

A group of us are swimming thursdays at 6.  Some weeks we'll be doing yoga there first and swimming at 7pm.  We have also been doing a fairly casual ride on Saturdays.  Usually 20 to 30 miles at a reasonable pace.  Respond in the comments section if you want us to keep you updated on plans.  We could add you to our text messge group for the latest info.

    Thursday mar. 20th swim will be at 6pm at the provo rec. Bridget will be in a flowered swim cap and Alan will be in green swim cap w/ a P on it..
